We’re back at it again for the second time this year! Please stand and join us at the game, shortly after 7pm, as we debut our new striped club blazers!

We had a blast singing and rooting for the Spurs as they took on the Lakers. It was amazing turn of events as we shed our FIH yellow for spurs colors just prior to marching to half court.
Here is a candid shot just before the lights went down and a video captured by a friend 
For the record the Final Score Spurs 134, Lakers 94 — a 40 point victory!
We will be back March 1st 2017 against the Indiana Pacers. Hope to see you there.

Harmony Platoon – Quartet rotations, quartet finals, and Platoon chorus
Wednesday 1/18: 6:00 – 7:00 PM – optional informal singing, Dance Card
(Hilton Palacio Del Rio El Mirador room 22nd floor open at 2:00 PM)
7:00 PM – Enter the Semifinals.
Run through the songs as a chorus while quartets are assigned.
7:30 PM – Quartets announced, find your people, report your name to the Registrar, and go rehearse.
9:00 PM – Semifinals, optional informal singing, Dance Card
Thursday 1/19: 9:00 AM – Enter the Semifinals. Run through the songs as a chorus while quartets are assigned.
9:30 AM – Quartets announced, find your people, report your name to the Registrar, and go rehearse.
10:00 AM – Semifinals
11:00 AM – 12:00 Enter the Finals (turn your card over). Free time until NOON.
12:00 NOON – Quartets are announced, find your people, report your quartet name to the Registrar, and go rehearse all four songs. You will not get a song assigned until you go up to compete in the Finals.
12:30 PM – Finals
3:30 PM – Harmony Platoon Chorus performance either there on the 22nd floor or in the lobby – this will be decided once we are on site Wednesday.
10:00 – 11:00 PM optional informal singing, Dance Card, site TBA
Friday 1/20: 9:45 – 10:45 AM – optional informal singing, Dance Card, site TBA:

As part of Our Savior Lutheran’s 50th anniversary celebration, OSL will host a free Neighborhood Music Festival on Saturday, December 3rd starting at 2pm. Please join us for an afternoon of great music from the Friends in Harmony men’s barbershop chorus, Right on Red (classic acoustic rock), Sergio Leal (Spanish Jazz), and more.
As part of our commitment to serving our community, OSL has partnered with the San Antonio Food Bank for this community event – please bring a non-perishable food item (or more!) to donate to the Food Bank!
